2. Intellectual Property

  • Our Stuff: All content, designs, and code on this website are the property of Sash Digital Agency and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Your Stuff: Once final payment is received for a project, the ownership of the final deliverables (websites, ad copy, etc.) is transferred to you, the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

For us to hit your growth goals, we need your collaboration. This includes:

  • Providing necessary access to accounts (Google, Meta, CMS).

  • Delivering brand assets or feedback within agreed upon timelines.

  • Ensuring all information provided to us is accurate.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services are outlined in your specific contract.

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.

  • Late payments may result in a temporary pause in services until the account is brought current.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence and use data backed strategies to drive growth, marketing involves external factors (like algorithm changes or market shifts). Sash Digital Agency cannot guarantee specific revenue increases and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as defined in your specific contract. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
